ASI offers a no charge evaluation service for non-warranty returns. Please request an RMA# before sending in your detector for evaluation.
After receiving the customers detector, we follow this procedure:
- Visual inspection
- Electric Test – Compare PHR results with original data
- Report to findings to the customer
- If additional information is required, obtain permission to disassemble the detector
- Report results and provide a quote
- Warranty or Non-Warranty repair
- After an order to repair is received perform PMT drift test.
