Improved Scintillator in Development at ASI
ASI has entered an agreement with ORNL to commercialize a process to improve the performance of 6LiI(Eu) that was developed at ORNL. We are now in the process of implementing the new method at ASI. Please review the attached PDF to learn more about this new process.

We must believe that we are gifted for something, and that this thing, at whatever cost, must be attained. Perhaps everything will turn out very well, at the moment when we least expect it….”
Marie Sklodofska Curie wrote this in a letter to her brother as she was working on her doctor’s thesis. Well we all know how well this worked out for this great scientist! For her extraordinary achievement’s Madame Curie was awarded two Nobel prizes, one in physics and one in chemistry.
